This place suits me perfectly with excellent wi-fi, a fitness centre, and 24-hour reception. The staff even helped me with a local taxi on my first visit. Highly recommend for a cozy stay! I'm coming back for Christmas.

The lounge area offers a simple setup with a fridge and coffee machine, making it easy for quick refreshments. Rooms have comfortable beds and a large TV, perfect for unwinding after a day out.
The noise levels in the rooms are a significant issue. conversations from adjacent rooms echo through the walls, making it tough to get a peaceful night's sleep. The air conditioning units are equally loud, contributing to a restless atmosphere. Breakfast options fall flat—cold food items like eggs and sausages left me disappointed, especially given the lack of attention to dietary needs with shared serving utensils. For the price, you shouldn't expect luxury, but the low-quality furnishings in the bathroom make it feel even less than what it is.

perfectly situated for a weekend of city exploring and parks
I absolutely loved the easy access to Borough Market, which is just about a 10-minute walk away, and the stunning views of St Paul's Cathedral that are nearby, making my city strolls even more enjoyable after a day of exploring. the rooms are comfortable and offer nice touches that made my stay delightful, such as complimentary snacks and drinks.

Good tube access just minutes away, making it easy to explore the city. Fresh filtered water available on every floor, a solid perk for those long days outdoors.
Restaurant closure meant no breakfast options, leaving only a nearby place that opened late—a hassle for early risers. Room cleanliness fell short. dusty corners and minimal amenities in the kitchenette like just two plates for a family of four. The noise from the street was noticeable, especially in a room located too close to the lifts. facilities felt basic for the price—expected more comfort for what I paid.

Recommended for families seeking convenience
I loved how my family had two rooms w a mini kitchen, it really made things easier for us. there were free snacks and drinks in the lobby – that was a nice surprise!
It wasn’t exactly a steal, but given the size and amenities, it was still acceptable.

Had a blast with friends exploring the area! We hit up Gracechurch and enjoyed amazing drinks at The Bootlegger. The location was super handy. The room was clean and spacious. Loving the coffee and fruit in the lobby—great touch for early morning energy!
Check-in was a bit awkward since there wasn’t a traditional reception, and we had to figure out the tech. It kind of felt rushed.

Clean, comfy rooms but lacking dining options.

The excellent central location made it easy to explore the area, and the bed was impressively comfortable with a firm mattress. The shower provided very hot water, enhancing the overall experience. there was a lack of towelling robes, and it would have been nice to have some biscuits available with the free coffee in reception. while the room was a good size for a short stay, the absence of dining options on-site was noticeable.

Great location and helpful staff!
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay! The location is fantastic, making it easy to explore the best of London, and the staff members were always ready to assist with a smile. The coffee station in the lobby was a great perk, but the bathroom could use a bit of an update for added comfort.

The hotel is in a fantastic location next to Leadenhall Market, making it a breeze to explore this historic part of London. With my baby in tow, we sure appreciated the clean and spacious Superior Queen Room. The chilled water refill station was a thoughtful touch!
In my wife’s opinion, the room could use a fresh bathroom update for families with young children.

The stay was fantastic, with a super clean and spacious room that was perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The location is unbeatable, just a short walk from Monument and Bank stations. the availability of free coffee and tea all day really added to the convenience.
The restaurant was closed for refurbishment during our stay.

The breakfast eggs were a greasy dream, but the real gems were the local eats. Dixon's is a must-try nearby! Plus, I can’t fault the comfy bed for a cheeky snooze after exploring. A top spot for grabbing quick brews at reception!
Sure, the location's a winner, but the room was a letdown—like a 2-star spot with shoddy bathrooms. Staff could’ve been a tad more welcoming, and wifi info? MIA.

really liked the location! super easy to get to tube stations like monument and bank. room was comfy with a nice shower. The coffee machine in the lobby was an excellent touch. also appreciated having snacks and water available. the self check-in was quick and painless, made everything smooth.
the doors in the hallway are kinda flimsy so heard a lot of noise from other rooms. also, breakfast options weren't that great and sometimes hard to find.
